Serum, plasma, and spinal cord fluid is separated in a centrifuge and DNA and RNA is extracted. The samples are then frozen at –75°C. Lymphocytes (PBMC) and tissues are stored in liquid nitrogen. All samples are then entered into the database before becoming available to researchers.
