Looking For PPMS Patients For Paid Online Study

To whom it may concern,

My name is Andy Ricci, and I work for a medical marketing research firm called Shapiro+Raj located in Chicago.

I’m reaching out to PPMS patients who would be willing to participate in a 25 minute online survey. All participants would receive an incentive of $55, and it is completely confidential. We are trying to find out more info on the day-to-day lives of PPMS patients—effective treatments, diagnosis process, general viewpoints and attitudes, etc.

The paid online study will begin in early May, with the above initial outreach survey closing by May 11th. The confidential survey is being conducted on behalf of a pharmaceutical company.
