At Multiple Sclerosis Discovery Forum, we believe in the power of research to make a difference in the lives of people with MS and related demyelinating diseases. We find and tell important stories that matter to scientists, clinical researchers, patients, and other stakeholders.
MSDF serves a need not met by any other publication or organization. MSDF delivers independent, high-quality journalism and information, written clearly to communicate across multiple areas of expertise.
Through our work, we hope to spark ideas, create connections, and accelerate research toward better, safer, and more accessible interventions—all aimed at improving the lives of people with MS and related conditions. The site focuses attention on what is known and not yet known about the causes of these conditions, their pathological mechanisms, potential ways to intervene, and patient-centered outcomes.

Making a Donation
MSDF is published by the non-profit Accelerated Cure Project for MS (ACP), which relies on contributions to fund our mission. We accept cash contributions by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Because we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, your support may also entitle you to a tax deduction.
A member of the ACP Board, Bruce Sachs, has put a generous challenge on the table. He will double all gifts we receive in response to this appeal, up to the first $150,000.

Contributions by Credit Card
We can accept credit card contributions through the Donor Pages organization (which will be reflected on your credit card bill), an organization that provides (among other things) subsidized credit card processing so we can receive your gift with minimal transaction fees being charged. Contributions through United Way giving program
While we are not listed with the United Way, you can use our United Way Restricted Contribution Code of M337457 to direct funds to us through the United Way giving program.
Matching Gifts
Many companies have "Matching Gift Programs" for charitable contributions made by their employees. This means that for every dollar an employee gives to an approved charitable organization, their employer will contribute some additional amount.
